The idea for creating the HR Certified University came about after our clients’ feedback showed that they wanted more immediate ways to go deeper on topics and skills covered in their learning journey to certification.

The HR Certified University service has been in development for two months and has a team of four working on it, which is considered tiny by industry standards. However, this shows that real passion can achieve amazing things in small numbers.

HR Certified LLC almost couldn’t bring the HR Certified University to see the light of day when evaluating the upfront fees to stand up the service. However, the problem was overcome by showcasing our robust business model to our partner MindEdge; the only barrier our organization had was the resources to implement it as a self-funded minority-owned business.

HR Certified LLC has done something different than other businesses in the Professional Lifelong Learners space by fully incorporating accessible, high-quality materials that are expertly designed and learner-approved content into our business model.

Howard noticed a growing need for better education and learning experiences for minorities looking to enter and grow in Human Resources at more affordable prices. With over 20 years of experience as a lifelong professional learner, Anthony P. Howard decided to go ahead and do something about it starting in 2018.
