Inland Real Estate School’s latest announcement coincides with a Realtor Magazine article about the benefits of online real estate classes. According to the report, individuals can work towards their licenses without needing to quit their job or significantly alter their daily schedules. Courses offered by Inland Real Estate School have no time limit, and students can take as much time as they need to finish the program. They can also get assistance in getting licensed in other states.

With the real estate school’s online and home study programs, students get the assurance that they are getting up-to-date information that will help them pass the licensure exams. The school has pass rates that are higher than average and combines different online formats like live webinars, pre-recorded presentations, and one-on-one tutoring for students who need more assistance.

Inland Real Estate School has more than 60 years of combined experience in real estate, mortgage, and appraisals. The school isn’t run by brokers or investors but by real teachers with educational backgrounds and real-life real estate experience. Teachers answer the students’ questions comprehensively, and they can be reached by phone or email for any inquiries.

The school currently has 12 courses that students can choose from. Inland Real Estate School explains that to get a license as a real estate broker, students need the 75-hour Pre-Broker License, which can either be live or home study. The 75-hour course already includes 15 hours of state-mandated live, interactive sessions. The course also comes with a 90-day coaching or instructor support and a final pre-license test to ensure that the student is ready for the licensure exams.

“Following your pre-license education, you will need to take and pass a state licensing examination. Upon successfully completing the exam, you will be issued your license and can launch your career in the real estate industry,” a company representative said.
