Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch Of Lincoln-Goldfinch Law Receives TCWLA Pathfinder Award
Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch, a Texas immigration and bankruptcy attorney and Owner of Lincoln-Goldfinch Law, has been recognized as a Pathfinder by Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association. The annual TCWLA Pathfinder’s Luncheon held on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at UT Etter-Harbin Alumni Center gave honor to Kate alongside Justice Chari Kelly and Judge Aurora Martinez Jones.
Pathfinder Award is given to local women in the field of law who use their knowledge and experience to make an impact on the community and the legal profession. The recognition, given to only a few women every year, shows an attorney’s competence and dedication in the legal field.
Kate graduated from the University of Texas and has been providing legal representation to various people for years. She has always been passionate about working in the field of social justice.
One of Kate’s initial encounters with helping immigrants was her first visit to the Hutto Immigrant Detention Center where she met a family with a five-month-old child seeking asylum. She represented the family in their asylum case and successfully won the case.
