Pratt explains that her updated coaching program offers a safe and non-judgmental space where members can freely talk about their fears and beliefs about food. She elaborates that many people choose to remain silent about their unhealthy eating habits out of fear and shame. The first step towards healing, she says, is physically vocalizing that there is a problem to others.

The group sessions are opportunities for everyone, particularly women in their 40s, to talk about their body image and how that relates to their self-image. Pratt uses a combination of coaching and emotional freedom technique (EFT) to deconstruct both concepts so that members understand that while the two are related to each other, they are not the same.

The goal of the group sessions is to give members the courage to be gentler with their bodies and more forgiving about what they eat. It is a balanced coaching program that asks members to love their bodies by taking better care of them through healthier eating habits. Members also have the opportunity to be supported in a community of like-minded individuals all struggling with the same problem but willing to make positive changes.

Pratt explains that her coaching takes the veil of self-loathing off the eyes of many people. She gently works with each client, asking them to be their own number one cheerleader.
