Pizza Snob, located in Denton Texas, is celebrating their 1.5 Millionth Pizza Sold Anniversary!
Pizza Snob opened its Denton, Texas location 8 years ago. Located at 321 W. Hickory Street, the restaurant has a modern and inviting atmosphere and is a perfect place to enjoy a delicious fast served lunch or a place to go at night with friends or family.
In two locations over nearly 10 years they have sold in excess of 1.4 million pizzas and anticipate sometime this spring to sell their 1.5 millionth pizza and the restaurant is making plans to celebrate this milestone with fun and fantastic giveaways!
Pizza Snob got it’s start in 2013 and 3 of the original founders, Rick Schultz, John Wald & Jim Wisniewski who all saw a need for a unique kind of pizza experience are still actively involved. They pride themselves on bringing new, creative pizzas (soon to be more!) to their loyal customers.
The Pizza Snob brand was launched to bring a new experience to pizza lovers. With unique toppings such as candied jalepeno, African peppadews and beer roasted onions in addition to the more common toppings such a pepperoni, bacon or Italian sausage, the company chef, Jim Wisniewski has built a menu of unique and delicious pizzas that can be found nowhere else.
Jim has been creating products for the food industry for over 35 years. He has always believed that using high quality ingredients and making combinations that are fun and tasty, makes eating an enjoyable experience. “It is what we do here at Pizza Snob, make the ordinary into extraordinary” Jim stated.
When Pizza Snob launched its Ft. Worth, Texas location 10 years ago, they enjoyed immediate fanfare and success. The restaurant received numerous recognitions from being on numerous Top 10 DFW lists and also Trip Advisor. Pizza Snob even made its way onto “The Experts Guide to The Best Pizza Places in The World!”
Rick Schultz added “We are delighted to be celebrating our 1.5 millionth pizza sold. As a native New Yorker, I didn’t think there could be a better tasting pizza until I got to experience what Jim was cooking in the kitchen.”
According to John Wald, “We are adding new and exciting products in the coming months. We want our customers to experience Pizza Snob in a new way and we look forward to sharing these new items with them soon.”
Monica Switalski who is the General Manager at Pizza Snob in Denton has been with the organization for 9 years and is super excited to be able to participate in this milestone celebration. She is planning an event for the day they sell their 1.5 millionth pizza and how they will recognize the lucky customer.
Pizza Snob has big plans for the upcoming year. Their focus will be on continuing to introduce new chef inspired products while also finding another location for a new Pizza Snob restaurant.
When asked what these new products will be, consultant Mark Devincentis of “8 Cylinder Consulting” who is working with the ownership team, responded this way “We want to refresh and expand the menu.” He continued, “We are looking to add calzones, new soft drinks, new toppings new dessert items and providing more ways for our customers to engage with us. I look forward to the next 10 years of growth!”
Pizza Snob wishes to thank all their loyal customers who are making this celebration possible. In addition they give thanks to all their past and current employees and their families who have supported their success.
