Austin Intimate Sushi Restaurant, New-Wave Nigiri Rotating Menu Updated
Following the announcement, Sushi | Bar Hospitality reminds customers that the booking form is the only way they can reserve seats at the private restaurant known for its hospitality-first concept. Due to its intimate setting, the bar only prepares food for the exact number of guests anticipated each evening. This usually includes over 17 courses of sushi with a curated Reserve beverage pairing, when clients book a seat at either 7:15 pm or 9:30 pm.

Sushi | Bar explains that it maintains its exclusivity with its recently announced booking form. Behind an unmarked door in Bento Picnic located in Cesar Chavez St., guests are welcomed to a sophisticated yet relaxed setting where they can sit right by the chef’s cutting boards. The sushi bar takes pride in its curated Omakase experience with its rotating menu that offers a playful construction of new-wave nigiri and other delicacies.
Because the menu is entirely avant-garde, all substitutions and modifications are politely declined. However, certain dietary preferences and limitations may be considered, though guests with seafood and shellfish allergies, mushroom allergies, or vegan requirements cannot be accommodated.
Reservations are released every first of the month for the following month. This helps the restaurant maintain its world-class hospitality so that each guest can delight in an exclusive dining experience. More than its unique gastronomical menu, Sushi | Bar operates under its customer-first policy and maintains that its success is due to making hospitality its main priority.
Currently, Sushi | Bar maintains two restaurants, one in Austin, TX, and another in Miami Beach, FL. It will soon open two more restaurants, in Dallas and Chicago.
The Austin location can only host up to 10 people at a time. Guests may reserve for parties of up to six people.
A spokesperson for the bar says, “Sushi | Bar is an intimate Omakase Speakeasy that serves up a whimsy of its namesake fare in 17 courses. Behind an unmarked door lies an intimate counter housing 10 prized seats where you will sit right up to the chef’s cutting boards.”
