LaPorte Products Adds 7oz To Fabric Lineup For T-Top Covers
North Charleston, SC, July 2023: LaPorte Products has been manufacturing marine accessories for almost every reputable boat brand on the market for over 45 years. Their flagship product, the T-Top Boat Cover, known for its durability and premier protectiveness, is easy to install, lightweight, and, most importantly, custom-made. For customers purchasing one of LaPorte’s T-Top Boat Covers, there are a few fabric options they are able to choose from when ordering. In recent weeks, the company reintroduced 7oz as a fabric option to their current fabric offerings.
Since the company’s conception, LaPorte has always offered 100% solution-dyed polyester in 7oz, 8oz, and 9oz material for its covers. Due to storage space years ago, LaPorte discontinued the 7oz fabric and kept 8oz and 9oz. Recently, they decided they wanted to offer a lightweight option for their customers, thus reintroducing the 7oz. They now offer 7oz, 9oz, and Sunbrella for their customers to choose from.
The 7oz material will be available for all boat sizes and will be available in black. The company hopes to offer additional colors in the future, but the initial rollout only features black. This fabric has a 3-year warranty, but with proper care, customers can expect to get up to five years of life out of their cover.
