Toronto Medical Aesthetician Online Program For Aspiring Clinic Owners Announced
Using a new hybrid online/offline course structure, the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy has launched career training programs that allow students to complete the majority of their aesthetician certification online, with as little as one week of hands-on, practical training.
More information about the new course structure, aesthetician training, and the practical portion of the course can be found at https://dermysk.com/pages/academy
By allowing students to complete the knowledge portion of their education online, the Dermysk Academy has been able to limit the amount of time students require for in-person training, ensuring equal access for students with other jobs, or who are raising a family. At the end of each new course, students will be fully certified, experienced, and ready to begin working in a medical aesthetic clinic.
New students can choose from three available courses: Basic, Advanced, and Master. However, they should be aware that the courses are not sequential, and the Master level training is a standalone option that allows dedicated students to complete all the training included in both the Basic and Advanced courses, plus additional material, in a single class.
While this Master level training program is open to all students, with no prerequisites, the Dermysk Academy reserves the right to limit enrollment to certain highly dedicated students. Completion of this course includes certification in a wide range of medical aesthetic procedures and a Master of Medical Aesthetics certificate.
Students can also gain certification in up to a dozen popular techniques from the Basic training course, which can be completed in as little as a few months. This course provides practical training in procedures such as laser hair and tattoo removal, fractional ablation, and microblading.
Graduates of the Basic program can return at any time to improve their skills, using the Advanced course to learn more complex techniques such as laser gynecology and Cool Sculpting. Each course also includes information about health and safety concerns, as well as industry-specific business strategies.
One recent graduate explained, “I would highly recommend this medical aesthetics education program to anyone looking to pursue a career in this field. It provided a solid foundation and set me up for success.”
