The masque does this through a process known as reverse osmosis in which a back-flushing action is created that forces fluid through the membranes around old cells, essentially filtering out any waste.
Before the masque can be applied, however, the esthetician cleanses the skin with a deep pore cleanser and an exfoliating gel. Once clean, a Fibromax C pre-treatment is evenly spread over the skin, followed by the masque. When applying the masque, the estheticians follow a coordinated brushing pattern, making sure that all the skin from the decollete upwards is covered. Clients wear the masque for 45 minutes before it is removed using water and hot towels.
