A $1 trillion pipeline of development projects will convene at the record-breaking event in Riyadh this Autumn
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 10 July 2023: World leading real-estate event, Cityscape Global 2023, will present a full spectrum of the world’s most ambitious ‘Giga project’ developments this September, representing a staggering collective GDV of over $1 trn.
These pioneering projects, set to comprise some of the largest new city regions across the GCC are expected to deliver a phenomenal 18 new cities, over 3.5 million new homes, and over 10 million sq m of commercial space.
